Myself Mangesh Dhawale, I am currently working as Managing Director & CEO with Future First Energy. I am based in India supporting the global operations for FFE. I am a certified CMVP & Energy Manger with 11 years of working experience in Energy Efficiency field for various Organization like Johnson Controls & Siemens.
 

Experience

Leads and directs the planning and execution of the energy consulting & advisory services business across USA & Middle East. While working in Johnson Control, I was a leading a team which had setup the CoE for Energy Solutions Projects in India. From India we have provide support for various projects across the USA Region - North East, Midwest & West Different Services which we supported under CoE are M&V Reporting, Energy Modeling, Energy Audits, Rebate Application and Energy Star Benchmarking. 
With Siemens, I was mainly responsible for Measurement & Verification of Demand Flow Projects across India from ROC Center located in Mumbai. Also the expansion of Digital Services for the existing Siemens Customer Base across India.
