• To maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks. 
• Installing and Configuring  Active Directory  Domain Services Windows 2016 Server.
• Configuring and Managing Hyper-V Failover Cluster in Windows 2016 Server.
• Creating and Implementing GPO as per the standard procedures
• Configuring and Managing DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP Services in an enterprise environment.                       
• Managing and maintaining existing HP EVA 6400 & 3PAR Storages.
• Scheduling and Performing File Server backup on a weekly basis using HP Data Protector. 
• Performing windows patch management using WSUS and generate WSUS  reports monthly
• Responsible for handling IT security Incident Management Issues and IT related training programs.
• Prepared and maintained documentation of technologies, standards and procedures.
• Responsible for all server related issues and escalated calls.
