Senior Process Associate - My role in this company is to handle clients, monitor all the processes, analyse all the issues, and resolve them. And coordinate with the other teams to complete a task to fulfil the client's requirements, and take care of the team in the absence of the team leader. Furthermore, advising on process improvements to improve production and deliver error-free data to clients, analysing all issues, providing solutions to the client if any issues arise, and collaborating with the team to meet all team objectives.

Completed BSc Computer Science I'm Rathinam college of arts and science in the year 2020.
