 Interface with prospective clients, therby proposing a design and Consultancy based upon their requirements followed by a quotation with drawing layouts.  Undertaking total Turnkey projects i.e co-coordinating Interior Works, Civil Works, Steel Fabrication, Tiles/Granite setters, Plumbing and electrical works Etc.  Designing and Fabricating Heavy roofing, SS Railings, Mezzanine Floor as well as Industrial Requirements.  Conceptualizing a 3 Dimensional (Tekla/3DS Max) or detailed drawing based on customer's request as a display of the output which is subjected to client approval.

  Responsible to attend weekly meetings and address any technical concerns in relation to production line as well as prioritization of site installion progress.  Bi-weekly scheduled and/or Ad-hoc visit to site (Sub-Contractor) in order to supervise and Organize planned activities ensuring smooth fabrication.  Preparing 3D structural Model With Connections, Assembly Drawings, Shop floor drawing with Bill of materials.  Received training from Tekla Instructor for Tekla software Certification.  Exposure towards detailed piping drawing, using Spoolgen Software for Design & Dimensional changes.
