I'm Manisha and I work as a freelance bodyworker / therapist. I like to say collaborative bodyworker, as the clients body guides me through the session.

By learning Thai yoga massage, meridian/ acupressure points, reflexology, about lymphatic drainage, Integrated craniosacral Biodynamics, etc. I realise more&more, when the session begins, only silence in my head and hands can guide me through the best session.

The sessions I offer are with clothes on & no oil. I combine different modalities depending on the requirement of the body.

No two bodies are the same, hence, no two sessions can be similar.

I work ad a freelancer, as this allows me to experiment with the work I enjoy and believe in.

I work in tourist areas, and my clients are men &women from different nationalities with different levels of pain and similar desire, to enjoy and regain health.

Experience

I've worked for more than 2 years in Dharamshala &at a retreat centre outside Bangalore. 

As I work as a freelancer,  if i'm in the city for more than a week in India,  then I put up my flyer and offer sessions.  I carry my tools everywhere I go. 

Education

I have studied Thai yoga massage & Integrated craniosacral Biodynamics in Chiang Mai,Thailand.  I've studied basics of acupressure & dry needling in Goa.  I've studied reflexology & psychology of the organs as family online. 

I've also learnt through acupressure,  trigger point release technique. 

I've been practising for more than 2 years,  but practising yoga& meditation for more than 8 years.
