  First Mile & Last Mile Ecommerce Supply Chain Activity.  Revere Pickup-RVP pickups handling.  Training the team on RTO Reduction and First Attempt Conversion.  Scheduled & unscheduled visit to Sites under My Cluster.  Scouting for new partners in NSZ pin codes.  Resolving Customer Escalation thru ticketing system.  Preparing Weekly Performance Report to the Management.  Analysing the OPS data & working on actionable insights.  On Boarding New Partners by lead generation, Scouting in network.  Working towards Maximizing Fe Productivity & CPS  Monitoring FAD / FDDS service level & educating Partners for this.  Daily COD collection and outstanding clearance.  Data handling & Data analysis for concal / meetings.  Centre Audit & Cash Report Preparation to the COD Dept
