Enters all vouchers for payment.  Issuing check for payment  Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.  Answers all vendor inquiries.  Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.  Prepares accounts payable checks.  Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.  Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.  Assists in monthly closings.  Reviews statements and ensures all vendor accounts remain current. 

Validation of purchase orders and Pricing  Input & Process Orders & Returns, including complex orders  Sales invoice creation  Ensuring delivery on products to customer  Management of relevant customer details, Pricing, Contract amendments  Credit memo, Void and rebill, Misc. credit processing  Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLAs set.  Monitoring of billing holds  Ensure business targets on billing completeness, quality and timeliness are achieved.  Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality  Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved billing issues in a timely manner.  To manage effectively designated team work-flow to achieve SLA and Targets
