• Responsible for Level-1 & Level-2 support and Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WAN activities.

• Handling all kind of technical support related to Cisco Router configuration and SMPS, Pushpak, Pau and alarm gateway reachability.

• Responsible for configuration changes over Cisco Router, L2 Switch, ENB, ILA, AG1,and AG2 Sites.

• Having responsibilities of Telecom Customer Products & software upgradation of network devices for reachability and Zabbix Visibility.

• Working on Cisco Router and L2 switches Like (Raisecom, Techroutes, Raid, HFCL and FiberHome).
