-Performing all the activities in the Teams admin center (Assigning the Policies, Creating the policies). 
-Creating the call queues & Auto attendants based on the user requirement.
-Creating the caller ID policies based on the user requirement.
-Managing the Teams devices from Microsoft teams admin center.
-Managing the Poly devices from Poly portal.
-Creating the Online Voice Routing policy by using the PowerShell script based on the location.
-Performing the Microsoft admin center activities as well. 
-Routing the numbers from SBC to Genesys or Zylinc by creating a route pattern in the SBC. 
-Creating the PSTN gateways as per the requirement. 
-Creating a SIP trunk on SBC bases on the customer requirement.
