Manoj is a seasoned technology leader and Design Thinking Practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Software management and delivery expertise in architecting and deploying n-tier and cloud native applications. Has hands-on experience in DevOps process design & implementation, Product Design and Digital transformation.

He has significant experience in architecting and delivering enterprise software harnessing Digital technologies like AWS, Azure, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, IoT, RPA, Docker, SAP, Oracle SOA and IoT.

He's adept in partnering with senior business executives and CTOs / CIOs to define digital roadmaps, partnering sales teams in proposals and conducting pre-sales workshops.

As a doctoral researcher at Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva is currently pursuing a doctorate with study in area of effective implementation of Hybrid Cloud and DevOps.

A Design Thinking practitioner with certification in “Designing for Change - IDEO's approach to sustaining change” from Ideo U. He is a Certified Process Professional (CPP), with significant experience in establishing
and leading organisation wide solution architecture, software / service delivery engagements
A SAFe 4.0 certified Agelist, he holds Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business awarded by EMERITUS Institute of Management, Singapore in collaboration with MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School Executive Education.

He is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumni by virtue of completing Management Development Program in ERP
Systems: Technology Planning and Implementation. This is backed by an alumni status at MICA for his Postgraduate Certification in Digital Marketing and Communication offered by MICA via Upgrad.
