 As a financial expert who has extensive experience with projects and Institutional budgets, I believe that my skills would be very applicable to this role. While working at my current role with Aseema Charitable Trust, I evaluate the budget proposals and funding requests, collaborate with the Director to develop Institutional budget, estimates and forecast future financial needs, to track and list CSR opportunities and potential partnerships and maintain a pipeline of potential donors, to collaborate with internal and external teams to develop programs and proposals and my previous role with World Resources Institute, I was the budget analyst for three different Programmes i.e Climate, Climate Resilience Practice and Sustainable Landscape & Restoration. This position allowed me to have an outstanding overview of the entire budgeting process, helping everyone from entry-level workers to authoritative figures such as the director and senior managers. I consistently coordinated all budgets to ensure that they meet the underlying financial objectives of the entity. My work demanded constant communication with Managers and Directors across the board. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and have professional certification like Advance Excel. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the most prosperous budget analysts in our region and learn the ins and outs of the profession directly from them. My prior accomplishments further include that I have handled over a total $3.5 million of budget and as well as successful implementation of 50% of new budgeting systems.
