Margaret Lakra

I am a seasoned Learning and Development expert, well-versed in a wide array of skills including exceptional communication, adept team management, and strong interpersonal abilities. My role entails leading a diverse team consisting of instructional designers, video creators, proofreaders, software testers, UI/UX designers, and video editors.
My core competency revolves around the strategic planning, creative design, and successful execution of e-learning/classroom training initiatives. In addition to project management, I also focus on fostering a culture of learning within the organization by envisioning and developing a dedicated learning institute aimed at both employees and leaders.

This role involves nationwide responsibility for overseeing learning and development initiatives, including strategy development, training analysis, program design, delivery, evaluation, and technology management. It also focuses on digital learning methods and involves creating E-Learning modules, collaborating with teams, adapting programs, and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS).

1st and 2nd-year BA from Elphinstone College in Mumbai, Web Designing certification from Arena Multimedia (Aptech), and an Advance Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Sparen & Gewinn.
