In this tenure of his career, he was responsible for implementing and managing a corporate-wide process for the development, execution, and regular tracking of business and commercial strategies and milestone achievement for Ruchris healthcare initiatives. He was also accountable for making final planning for marketing and branding with event strategies. Actively provided analysis and information that helps Ruchris and third-party executive measure and track industry trends, revenue streams, and market position, conduct peer analysis across service lines, and other key information needed to identify and evaluate actionable opportunities and future strategies.

Adding to this, he also supported the Healthcare Sector Leaders and VPs of Development to develop strong external relationships with cross-functional partners, brokerage networks, third-party consultants, governmental agencies, physician leadership, healthcare operators, and investors.
