I am, Kadali Masen Rao, a PSYCHOLOGICAL MOTIVATOR OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS. Right now I am working as a PRINCIPAL IN QIS GROUP OF SCHOOLS, ONGOLE, PRAKASAM DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH.
I INVENTED & developed some CONCEPTS towards the development of the students in their studies. My first one is.....
1) I am a Psychological Motivator and on my own I invented this concept called as PSYCHOLOGICAL MOTIVATION, with out learning or copying from anyone, for the development of the students in their studies and for the development of the teachers in doing their work perfectly.
2) My second CONCEPT is UNIQUE PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OR 
ALL-ROUND DEVELOPMENT .
3) My third CONCEPT is SPOKEN ENGLISH DEVELOPMENT.
4) I can train up Students to get LEADERSHIP QUALITIES,
5) I can train up Students to improve their CONFIDENCE LEVELS,
6) I can make the students to be obedient to their parents by teaching to them the value of PARENTS.
7) I will train up the students, how to do their works with out wasting any time by telling about the VALUE OF TIME.
8) I will train up the students in their PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT.
9) I can train up the students to speak in English as a HABIT.
10) I will train up the students how to be ALWAYS POSITIVE & the advantages of being POSITIVE,
11) I can convince the parents and make the parents to listen my words,
12) I can recruit school staff from various sources,etc.
   ALL THE ABOVE CONCEPTS , I WILL APPLY ON STUDENTS TO IMPROVE THEIR STUDIES AND ON TEACHERS TO DO THEIR WORK IN AN EASY WAY AND TO DO PERFECTLY.
