Role & Responsibilities – 

• Responsible for managing efficient operations of all IT infrastructure including Data Centers, Servers, Internet connectivity, Windows and Linux PC, Network printers, biometric devices, WIFI, router, switches, firewalls and managing everyday IT operations of 10 branches of the Region.

• Report to the application team about issues in cloud HRMS, MIS, and Foss accounting app and resolve them.
• Research of new technologies and architectural solutions. Perform feasibility analyses, provide input to business cases, and provide recommendations as appropriate.

Role & Responsibilities – 

• Administering efficient operations of Data Center and SAP Business One server and managing everyday IT operations.
• Troubleshoot, Backup and update the windows server, database regularly to maintain the efficiency of the windows server.
• Direct SAP Service Provider team to maintain the efficiency of the system and to coordinate between SAP Service Provider team and end-user to accomplish regular day to day work.

• Project Planning and Implementation: Successfully planned and implemented new projects like migration from Tally ERP to SAP business one, Microsoft Kaizala, Fleet tracking system of Tata Tele Business, CRM from Kant IT Solutions, TaxbasePro and Paywiz from Sinewave, coupon system and company website, thus achieved IT Automation and achieved efficiency gain.
• IT management of an entire organization, including corporate headquarters, training factories, and remote sales offices.
• Developed a program of maintenance for all IT systems to ensure minimum downtime and fast resolution of any problem, achieving over 99.9% network/server uptime.
• Migrated from Cyberoam firewall to Check Point firewall with VPN, migrated from BSNL leased line to JIO leased line.
