I’m Suhail, an IT Support and Outreach Professional with 6+ years of experience across multiple industries. I specialize in technical troubleshooting, client support, and community engagement. I’m passionate about combining tech skills with people-focused work to create meaningful impact. 

I bring over 6 years of cross-functional experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, basic networking, and fundraising coordination. Most recently, I worked in fundraising and outreach, where I engaged with communities, built donor relationships, and helped drive campaigns for social impact. Prior to that, I supported diverse organizations in resolving software/hardware issues and delivering reliable user support.

My strength lies in combining technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal communication, allowing me to adapt easily across roles that require both tech knowledge and public engagement. I’m passionate about purpose-driven work and thrive in roles that connect people, processes, and impact.

While I do not hold a formal academic degree, I have completed professional certifications including Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional). These courses have strengthened my knowledge in networking, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.

In addition to over 6 years of hands-on experience in IT support, outreach, and fundraising roles, I’ve also developed my skills through practical learning, industry exposure, and continuous self-improvement.
