It's my 4th year that I've started my career. 

I am looking something to grow in Finance or Accounting but can also manage a team or fulfill the responsibilities of an Administrator.

My skills if I have to mention:

Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Tools, KPI Reporting and Data Analysis, Strategic Troubleshooting, Ledger bookkeeping 

I have work experience as an Accountant, an Advisor and a Process Associate in my 4 years of work life but within these work I've gained much more knowledge about other work roles and have managed those responsibilities as well without any roadblocks. I have counselled people, been an Admin, an SME, managing a team currently as a team lead without the actual position. I have learnt that it's not what position the company gives you, it's the responsibility in your that makes you grow in your career. If you really want to grow, it will show in your energy, work and results.

I have completed B.Com in Accounting and Finance background.
