As a CCMS Coordinator/Completion Engineer at Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC, I manage project completion activities for EPC projects in the oil and gas sector. I leverage my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and my expertise in GoTechnology Hub 2, a software platform that enables efficient and effective project delivery, to coordinate with the execution team, prepare required ITRs and handover certificates, and close out punch lists and MoCs.

I have over three years of experience in oil and gas Completion Management System. I am skilled in using various tools and systems such as Primavera Project Management, Go Technology Hub 2, Zenator, as PDO Approved. 

I am fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi, and I am passionate about delivering quality and safety in every project I work on. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of the organization and the industry by applying my knowledge, skills, and values.

•  Define the hierarchy of the project in terms of project, system, subsystem, certificate and tag number.
   Collect all associated information related to each of the above including drawings, equipment lists and tag number and track certificate requirements for each tag number.
   Coordinate with the discipline engineers to collect the certificate of installation for each item.
   Collect the punch list from the discipline engineers and coordinate for the early closure of all items identified in the list.
   Manages and Update the completion of the each of the punch list items on the list on the system.
   Generate the Mechanical Completion Certificate when all the above is completed.
   Collect certificates for commissioning of equipment as well as from the various disciplines.
   Prepare the final dossier with all the updates for the hand over to the client, which includes the closure of all NC’s and variation orders.
   Hand over the final dossier to the client and ensure the maintenance of back up’s of the same.
   Generate weekly as well as monthly reports on the status of the project with respect to the certification.
   Carry out any other duties as and when required by the direct supervisor.

Turnover Coordinator - Aug 2019 - Aug 2022

PETROJET, Oman

 Defining and marking-up process and non-process systems
 Read P&ID drawings and Single Line Diagrams. Verify the connection of tags in systems and tags in loops. Maintaining records of Latest revision of drawings and As built Drawings
 Coordinate with Zenator (Project Completion System) group and discipline group to compile and connect all relevant tags and required Quality Control Forms in Zenator.
 Make sure all applicable ITR’s and Check Sheets are generated for the handover systems
 Closely watch documentation progress for priority Systems
 Check and verify Quality Control Records for accuracy
 Compile ITR’s and related documents for all disciplines for handover
 Coordinate with discipline groups in expediting quality documents for system due for handover 
 Coordinate with client regarding turnover issues
 Monitor Punch List Items.
 Make documentation Progress Analysis – which is used as a tool to measure documentation progress.
 Final handover of documents to client
