Application & Production Planning Executive with 15 years of
experience of evaluate all system capacity and analyse all
production requirement .Manage all communications and provide
efficient feedback for all processes. Supporting the development of
new products and applications. Responding to customer requests
for quotations with detailed analysis of product costing,tool costing,
and submittal of proposed design. Production Planning, Procurement
Planning, Demand and Supply Planning, Capacity Planning,
Operations Management, ERP implementation.

Responsible for Planning & Scheduling ,Job allocation, Shop data
& Record keeping.
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning
work 􀁺ow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Responsible for Production & Assisting different operations to
achieve Monthly target & priority of PPC department.
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into
account from the initial product conception to the finished
result.
Assist with shop floor layout and follow cellular manufacturing
method.
Generating Purchase orders to Vendors in ERP system for subcontracting
of material and follow-up & supervise them for OTD
of material to achieve 􀁹nal dispatch.
Plan and organise maintenance.
Implement safety practices at shop floor.
Generating production documentation such as Daily Production
Report, Rejection Report, Heating furnace capacity report,
Monthly Production Report.
Lead and/or support technicians and Operating Staff.
Maintaining & update Quality Objective Data, Preparing
Corrective & Preventive actions and communicate to MR.
Hands on experience of working with SAP & INFOR ,ERP system.
