With over 30 years of experience, my expertise lies in setting up engineering processes with a vision to scale using innovative technologies, as well as building and motivating high-performing teams. 

Throughout my career, I have always held leadership positions at the CXO level, where I have been responsible for working with the top management in defining the company's vision and roadmap and ensuring that they are aligned with each other.

I have the expertise and have worked across various industries, including defence technology, media, entertainment, fintech, logistics, health, mobile, and ed tech, I have gained a broad perspective and adaptable approach. Currently, I serve as the Head of Engineering for a fund where I play a critical role in conducting due diligence for shortlisted companies, collaborating with founders and heads of engineering to scale the solution, and putting processes in order such as DevSec Ops, testing/QA, hiring/firing, and cost optimization.
