  • Experience in SAFe Agile Framework.
  • Experience to handle multiple teams.
  • Facilitating PI Planning meetings by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Facilitating Sprint Planning meetings, which includes reviewing the Product Backlog and collaborating with the Product Owner and the Core Team. 
  • Facilitating the Daily SCRUM meetings to allow the Scrum Team to synchronize their work and communicate issues and roadblocks to the Product Owner 
  • Facilitating Sprint Review Meetings to review the scope and functionality delivered successfully in the completed Sprint. 
  • Sprint Retrospectives and outcomes translated into Improvement action items as needed, Daily Scrum
  • Ensure the team abides by the SCRUM/ SAFe rules and guidelines.
  • Be the servant leader and shield the team from external intervention.
  • Help remove impediments and roadblocks to progress.
  • Assist and work with the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog 
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.
  • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization. 
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Inspect and Adapt approach. 
  • Nurture a self-organizing and high-performance team. 
  • Keep an acute watch for obstacles and blockers. 
  • Facilitate and actively participate in Release planning. 
  • Encourage and promote open work culture and practice the same through facilitating creativity and building a collaborative and trusting work environment.
  • Report statuses, risks, and issues to Management regularly.
