  • Responsible to manage a complete HR & Administration of Green field projects of factory.
  • Maintaining good and healthy relations with various government authorities like Factory Inspector, Gram Panchayat, SEZ Office, Labour Office, PF Office, Collector Office, PESO, Police, Supply Office, Local Bodies etc.
  • Leading administrative functions like Security, Landscaping, Employee Transport, Travel desk, Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Canteen Management, Guest Management, Vendor Management, Fixed Assets Purchase and its AMC, Uniform, Safety Shoes etc.  with cost consciousness.  
  • Investing and resolving complex or critical issues / court cases or matter in a timely and effective manner.
  • Responsible for Industrial Relations activities including Counselling, warning, Show Cases, domestic enquiry and disciplinary action. 
  • Responsible for Periodic Medical Check-up of the employees and arranging a employees health related programme.
  • Employee engagement activities like Monthly Birthday Celebration, Picnic etc.
  • Managing HR Operation like Manpower Budget, Position Management, Maintenance of Organization Structure, time keeping as well as payroll.
  • Support in driving policies / practices / new initiative from Corporate HR.
  • Contract labour management and its compliance.
  • Handling Performance Management system of employees level.
  • Responsible for PF, EC, GLWF and statutory compliance.
  • Responsible for recruitment, selection, on boarding, training, lifecycle management, retention, separation of workforce. 
  • Arranging Training Programmes as per the requirement by external faculties.

Education

2008 – Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (IRPM) with First Class. 

2004 – Bachelor of  Law (Special) with Second Class.

2000 – Bachelor of Commerce with Second Class.
