Maintenance and Overhauling of Warman pumps, Slurry Pumps, Centrifugal, Water pumps and Grundfos Pumps such as Impeller, Shaft Sleeve, Mechanical Seal, Gland Packing, Gland Pusher, Stuffing Box, Barrel.

Maintenance of METSO HP 100 and METSO HP 200 Cone Crusher such as Bowl, Mantle & Hydraulic Cylinder, Adjustment Ring, Shocket Liner, Counter weight, Feed Plate, Gear, Pinion.

Maintenance of  (Nordberg) Jaw Crusher such as Fix Liner, Swing Liner, Toogle Plate, Tention Spring, Tention Rod, Wedge, Cheek Plates, Fly Wheel Bearing.

Maintenance of Triple Deck Vibrating Screen, Grizzly, Chute Rubber Liner.

Maintenance of Ball Mill such as Lifter Bar, Shell Plate, Head Plate, Filler Ring, Trommel Screen.

Maintenance of Vertical Sump Pump such as Bearing, Bearing Sleeve, Impeller, Impeller Casing, Column Pipe, Shaft, Sleeve, Cooling water pipe.

Maintenance all Plant Equipment such as Valves, Agitators, Conveyor, Pipe work, Heat Exchangers, and Tanks.

Assemble and Install Equipment such as Shafting, Bearing, Shaft Seal Maintenance and Installation, Lubricant and Lubrication.
Managing the Function of Trouble Shooting & Preventive/Breakdown/Shutdown Maintenance so at to reduce downtime to minimum & ensure reliability.

Complete all necessary paper work (ie; Work orders, Equipment logs, Hot work permits, Inspection forms, etc...).

Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work closely with supervisor and other departments; be a team player/leader good communication skills and demonstrate positive attitude.
