• Storage and data back System – QNAP – Users and their network data backup folder Mapping.
• Troubleshooting Bios related issues – BSOD – Upgrade SATA SSD, NVMe M.2 as per system requirements where needed.
• Private network DHCP monitoring
• Suggest the configuration and procuring systems and software's for Design team, service team and other teams as per budget of financial year.
• Maintaining payment related works of Lease Line and sim cards postpaid and prepaid payments
