     I am an Instrumentation and Control Engineer with 14 years diversified experience in Conducting the Technical Training Courses for the trainees of Reputed Oil and Petrochemicals and Automation Industries. I had conducted several courses for Industrial employees working in Several reputed Industries ADNOC, ARAMCO, BAPCO, ALBA, GPIC. I started my career as an Automation Trainer in Yokogawa India Ltd and later I joined as a Senior Instructor at Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) which gained me a rich experience in Training the employees of BAPCO, GPIC, ALBA and BANAGAS in Instrumentation and Process Control subjects with BTEC-EDXCEL (NVQ) standards. I left my position as Senior Industrial Skills Trainer of BOC (BASIC OPERATOR COURSE) in Saudi Aramco, Dhahran, KSA. I am currently working as a Training Co-Ordinator in Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER/ADNOC) since 17th Aug 2014.

Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities, assess training needs for new and existing employees, partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs, liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design, develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks, facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching. Maintain employee training records and manage training budget.

I am much more interested in developing the Technical Training Materials, composing module descriptors, Administering the Assessment and Verification as per the Criteria, Knowledge needed by the Line managers of the core production. I am so concerned about using the appropriate standards as advised by BTEC/NVQ -British Technical Education Council. I prefer to work closely with plant leadership. It is also my role to deliver the training in HSFED, HSE topics as required by the NEBOSH standards.

·        SQA-9Di Certified Assessor, by Direct and Indirect methods
