interview stage, offer or reject applicant.
• Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments 
and performance.
• To coordinate with recruitment agencies globally to ensure visa stamping and arrival of 
the employees within stipulated time.
• Responsible for visa issuance and their utilization within time limit and to keep the 
tracker up to date for entire visas issued for the company periodically.
• Prepare employment offers for selected candidates after ensuring budget availability.
• Meet targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of candidates being place 
into their job roles.
• To give tentative arrival and joining dates for staff and labors to the management.
• Responsible to ensure accommodation and transportation is properly arranged before 
employees arrive.
• Sending new arrived employees as per the project needs in coordination with 
Transportation dept.
• Verifying recruitment agencies’ invoices and allocating costs to relevant projects in 
coordination with Finance dept. and to make sure that all invoices are being paid by 
finance within time period as per the contract.
• Manages the maintenance, and continuous update of the applicant database.
• Make recommendations on filing and office systems to facilitate the confidentiality and 
processing of candidate information.
• Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
• To coordinate with department managers and projects managers for probation review of 
new staff.
• To coordinate with department heads to get performance appraisal done of the 
employees once in a year to set bonus and increments accordingly.
• To handle ticketing & Hotel concerns of the staff travel in or outside KSA for business 
needs.
• Implantation of policies, procedures and grading structures.
• To transfer staff internally
• Preparations of statistical & analytical reports (Absconding rate in area, Absenteeism 
rate in area etc.

MBA (HR) from National Institute of Business Management, India 2015.
