Value Engineering Study

Parsons is assigned by Modon properties to carry out the Consultancy Services for the Value Engineering Study Al Riyadh City South, located in Abu Dhabi mainland. It is considered the largest National Housing Development scheme developed by Modon Properties. The residential development approximate area is 8,000 hectares to accommodate an estimated population of 260,000 capita. 

The objective of the study is to optimize infrastructure design and to reduce time and cost in the delivery of projects without impacting the quality or level of service provided. 

Modon Properties are willing to challenge the Authorities' standards, requirements, specifications, design guidelines if deemed feasible to achieve a cost-efficient infrastructure design along with proven benefits to the Abu Dhabi Government.
