In my first Organization as customer support I used to solve their queries and provided the information they needed and worked as a bridge between company and partners.
In my second Organization I Worked as Operations Analyst where I used to do the background verification checks of candidates and later on I moved to on call verification where I used to speak with them over phone on behalf of my organization and In last  1.5 year of career I promoted as Point of Contact Where I used to handle 7-10 people team internally inside my team. I learnt a lot there.
