As a Construction Professional with over 17 years of diversified experience overseeing some of the most complex projects with Multinational & EPC companies, I am confident in having the required set of skills and potential to effectively execute the assigned roles & responsibilities and can certainly add value to the organization.

In my current employment with Italian-Thai Development PCL (for Dhaka Metro Rail Project – Construction of 9 elevated stations and viaduct of 11.4 Km.), presently I am assigned as Interface Coordinator and I am responsible of handling interface related issues with all the external stakeholders and internal departments. Developing, implementing and maintaining the designated interface management methods and procedures for use by all contracting parties, internal departments and stakeholders. Negotiating and managing complicated interface issues throughout the project phases. Contributing to the project schedule of works and progress monitoring throughout the project and ensuring its timely completion and within budget.

Moreover, at the initial phase of this project I was assigned as a Construction Manager for 3 Station Buildings (Sub-structure, superstructure & architectural works) handling a team of 500+ employees. Closely Coordinated with all subcontractors and related departments to ensure that the site progress is moving smoothly as per the requirements. Maintaining Safety, Cost Management, Quality Management on site and meeting the deadlines has always been my priority and thankfully I have succeeded every time to maintain the reputation.

Furthermore, I also have experience working for multiple projects like underground metro rail, tunneling, sewage treatment plant, industrial buildings, hospital buildings, building finishing & interior works, fit-out works, various types of floorings & floor finishes, machine & equipment foundations, deep excavation & underground structures, piling & soil retaining structures, major reinforced concrete & road and infrastructure works are to name a few.

To conclude, I feel that with my diversified experience over the years I have the potential to add value to the team and to the organization and I shall certainly prove myself as an effective team player.
