Job Description /Ward Experience:
General Medicine:
Participated in ward-rounds with doctors on a daily basis and performed clinical interventions.
Performed medication chart review daily for patients in all wards including ICU as per posting.
Counselled many patients as per their requirements and knowledge in one year.
Provided Pharmacovigilance including Adverse Drug Reaction and Drug Interactions monitoring on a day-to-day basis.
Provided valuable suggestions to the physicians for changes in treatment plans to provide individualized treatment to patients.

Gastroenterology:
Participated in various clinical presentations, reviewed treatment of Gastro-intestinal disorders such as Alcoholic liver disease, Cirrhosis, IBD, PUD, GERD, including common ailments such as nausea/vomiting, diarrhea and constipation.
Provided recommendations on Drug use, Dosage and Contraindications (eg: in view of intake of alcohol).
Provided treatment advise in scenarios such as hepatic impairment and other complications.

Monitored patients on Hemodialysis for dosage modifications in view of renal impairment.
Monitored prescriptions and medication charts and avoided/managed Drug-induced kidney disease.
