1. Jul 2017 - Current Assistant Professor  SVKM's Institute of Technology, Dhule   Some of the key roles and responsibilities I have handled include:  Head of Department (HoD): As the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department, excelled in leadership, resource management, and goal achievement, fostering an environment of learning and professional development. Having been the foundation member of the institute, i played a pivotal in the establishment and development of numerous laboratories, teaching learning processes and procedures  Workshop Incharge and CAD-CAM-Lab Incharge: As Workshop Incharge, ensured that the basic workshop and machine workshops were fully equipped and properly maintained for students and faculty. Through my guidance and dedication, these facilities became a hub for innovation, creativity and learning.  Learning Administrator: As an administrator, managed the learning activities of the staff at Oracle Cloud Application, enabling them to improve their skills and knowledge and advance in their careers. I fostered a culture of learning and professional growth.  Established Siemens Centre of Excellence: established a state-of-the-art Siemens Centre of Excellence that provided students with access to the latest technologies and tools to excel in CAD design. 62 students have successfully completed Siemens training and global certification program based on design and analysis.  Online Learning Adaptation Coordinator & SPOC: As Online Learning Adaptation Coordinator, oversaw the seamless delivery of education to students during the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing Microsoft's Learning Management System. My leadership and dedication ensured that high-quality education continued despite the challenging circumstances  NBA & NAAC Criteria coordinator: As the NBA & NAAC criteria coordinator, collected and organized all necessary documentation and evidence to support the accreditation process and collaborated with stakeholders to implement improvement measures 

 .  IQAC & other Committee member: I actively participate as a committee member of various committees including Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Internal Complaint committee, Anti-ragging Squad, Students Counselor Committee  External Academic Auditor: served as an External Academic Auditor appointed by DBATU University and performed the duties of Exam Officer Incharge, and External Exam Senior Supervisor  Data Analyst: analyzed and interpreted data during the admission processes at the institute level to make informed decisions, improve the process, and enhance admission counts  Passionate Educator: As a dedicated educator, imparted a comprehensive understanding of numerous subjects mechanical engineering to students, encouraging critical and creative thinking to become successful professionals  Professional Development Facilitator: organized and facilitated workshops, programs, and events to foster growth and advancement of staff and students.  Project Coordinator of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan: As the Project Coordinator of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, effectively executed various initiatives and programs, constantly working on numerous projects under the project grant of Rs.1.5 Lakh.   

Jan 2016 - Jun 2017 Assistant Professor  Indian Maritime University Mumbai, Mumbai  A dedicated educator, I imparted a wealth of knowledge to students in the field of mechanical engineering, covering applied subjects such as Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and other related topics  I was passionate about providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and encouraging them to think critically and creatively in order to become successful professionals in the field  I used interactive and engaging teaching methods to make the learning experience more enjoyable and effective for the students.   

Jan 2010 - Dec 2015 Lecturer Cum Design Engineer  Larsen & Toubro Limited, Mumbai  Demonstrated expertise in designing pressure vessels and heavy engineering equipment to meet specific needs and requirements of clients. I have used my in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and industry regulations to create safe, functional, and efficient designs that meet client's needs and exceed their expectations  Delivered a variety of expert lectures on numerous subjects of mechanical engineering including thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, etc.  Trained and mentored Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) in CAD/CAM/CNC, and   Delivered engaging and effective training sessions to provide GETs with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.  Delivered technical training to teachers in MSBTE Technical Teachers Training Program, creating engaging and effective training sessions  Provided teachers with resources and support needed to excel in their roles and make a positive impact on the education system.   Jul 2008 –  

Jul 2009 CFD Engineer  Zeus Numerix Pvt Ltd, Pune  As a CFD Design Engineer, I expertly designed and analyzed a variety of engineering equipment using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques. My ability to create accurate and efficient simulations, 

 Interpreted results and make sound engineering decisions helped me to design equipment that meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.  I have used my in-depth knowledge of CFD techniques, materials, and industry regulations to create safe, functional, and efficient designs that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. I was also able to provide valuable insights for the optimization and improvement of the equipment's performance.

• Jul 2021 - Current Ph.D.: Mechanical Engineering  NMIMS University - Mumbai, India The title of my PhD research is "Development of Machine Learning based Predictive Maintenance and Prognostic model for industrial equipments, employing the IoT enabled smart sensors under Industry 4.0 framework and Cloud Technology"
