• Overall experience of 7.6 years in which I have the entire experience in Retail and Ecommerce
• 2.5 years of experience in the Sterling order management (OMS) Practice at IBM.
• Experience in various parts of the e-commerce with responsibilities in handling all vendor related issues, starting from the onboarding of vendor till its termination.
• Working as OMS developer and involved in development of Order Fulfillment modules for Carrier integrations. • Configured the services to move the Order to various statuses
