Roles & Responsibility:
- Inspection of Flanges, Fittings, Fasteners, Valves, Line Pipes, Tubes, Fabricated Structure Steel, Skid
assembly Etc.
- Inspection of casting & forgings.
- Stage wise inspection, set-up inspection prior to final weld, final welding inspection.
-Witnessing of hydro testing, pneumatic testing as per client approved procedures.
- Stage wise welding inspection in set-up condition.
- Co-ordination with client & Third parties for arranging inspection
- Ensuring identification & traceability of inspected items.
- Preparation of inspection reports.
- Issuing of Release Note (IRN) upon completion of all the inspection stages as per Inspection and Test Plan
