➢ Overall delivery of the plumbing, drainage, firefighting,HVAC ,Irrigation & LPG Services. engineering design and procurement packages.

➢ MEP services coordination with other engineering disciplines.

➢ Preparations of A Technical Material Submittals for Client/Consultant approval.

➢ Material take Off & Ordering from Construction drawings.

➢ Familiar with all MEP Services, civil and Structure

➢ Preparation of Request for Information (RFI), Technical Enquires (TQ), & Request for Queries (RFQ)

➢ Attending the Engineering / Technical, & progress meeting with Construction Team, Main Contractor, Project Management team, Client & Consultant

➢ Providing required information and prepare the Project Construction Plan with Project Planning Engineer.

➢ Managing AutoCAD Drafting & BIM team on day to day tasks.

➢ Prepare progress charts and schedules for the team to achieve progress and meet required goals as per Project Planning schedules.

➢ Act as an Assistant construction and Project Manager for the Minor Projects.

➢ Preparation of Engineering and Procurement Logs.

➢ Raised value engineering enquires to reduce the Cost of Projects
