At ProManage, where I’ve spent the past three years as a Customer Success Associate, I worked closely with 50+ SMB clients managing onboarding, retention, and digital optimization. Being part of a startup allowed me to go beyond my role, taking ownership of local SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and creative design. Through this, I learned how marketing, client psychology, and revenue goals align in real time. I hold a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, driven by my curiosity for how systems, automation, and technology work beneath the surface.
