Finance & Accounts 

• Overseeing the preparation & maintenance of accounting systems & financial statements including P&L account and balance sheet, ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and statutory norms.
• Analyzing financial statements & preparing reports on performance of company, scrutinizing the processes / procedural break downs in systems chain of operational divisions in the organization. 
• Handling financial matters including working capital management, capital budgeting & cash flow analysis.

• Using applications of activity based costing, Cost Center accounting, Profit center accounting, CO-PA analysis,
• Handling Monthly Profitability Analysis with impact of Direct and Indirect Costs per unit of Production.

MIS Reporting

• Preparing of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc. 
• Maintaining reports according to brands, category, executive and division sales, collection as well as outstanding reports compared with the relevant previous periods and budgetary figures.
• Creating cash flow and fund flow statements.
• Producing monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate funding for the operation.

Fund Management & Budgeting

• Coordinating activities with auditors for ensuring completion of audits within time and cost budget in adherence to the pre-defined guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance to the govt. rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities for assessment and filling of taxes.
• Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of indirect tax returns like GST, Income Tax and calculation in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.
• Verifying the statutory returns before submitting to the government offices.

SAP Implementation

• Mapping Business Requirements Control (As-Is / To-Be) undertaking Quick Gap Analysis.
