With an acute focus on implementing Agile methodologies, I have effectively managed the migration and modernization of technology stacks, demonstrating a blend of technical acumen and strategic planning. With over 10 years of global experience across SaaS, hospitality, and tech domains, I bring more than 5 years of strong expertise in Agile product ownership. Currently at Unifocus, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and analytics solutions across the Service, Glitch, and Housekeeping modules. I have independently managed complete product initiatives, including roadmap planning, stakeholder collaboration, development coordination, and successful release. These efforts have resulted in strong client feedback and internal recognition.

My role focuses on aligning business needs with technical execution by emphasizing user-centric design, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement. I am experienced in facilitating Agile ceremonies, prioritizing product backlogs, and collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure delivery of measurable outcomes. My background also includes product modernization efforts, optimization of SaaS platforms, and improving adoption through clear KPIs and iterative feedback.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Delhi. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in customer experience, operations, and strategic planning. These skills directly support my ability to build user-focused digital products. In addition to my degree, I have earned several industry-recognized certifications in Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, and Product Management. These include the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) and Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA®), which provide both theoretical knowledge and practical tools essential for success in product roles.
