1. I have constantly interacted with a team of Directors and Managers, who handle Academics and Operations in School for more than 8 years. I have given them training and have enhanced their strategies and brought in various new developments in teaching in various schools. 
2. I have worked with various curriculums and have worked in CBSE, IGCSE and IB schools. 
3. I was helping schools in integrating subjects and implementing and trying out various methods of play way method of teaching, to have the teachers and students get connected well.
4.  I was keen on pedagogy development in schools, by using teaching techniques and practical experience fusion. I was bringing in experts from various different field of work and conducted various seminars for the student’s benefit and their brighter future.
