About Muhammad Saddam Husain Ansari:

I have done my bachelor's and Master in biosciences and biotechnology respectively with 5 years of experience working on the purification and characterization of novel proteins from phages. The publication is under process.

Experience

5 year experince on recombinant protein purification and characterization using following techniques:

AKTA purifier ( affinity/ IEX/SEC).

Isothermal calorimetery, Dynamic light scattering, and circular dichroism

Western blotting, gel shift assays and In vitro transcription

Basic bioinformatic tools  (Alphafold, Sequence alignment, NCBI, homology modeling)

SDS-PAGE, Agarose gel, denaturing and non-denaturing gels.
