My name is Mohammed Yaser ali  am 34 years old I live in India   and medical billing subject matter expert for prime health care one of the leading hospitals in United Sates having 45 associated hospitals. my Carrer objective is to associate myself with an organization, this gives me an adequate opportunity to display my knowledge and professional skills in the chosen profession through continuous learning and development. 1. Meeting process deliverables in terms of targets; including quality targets for complex transaction processes in clients/internal applications. Transcribe information from a variety of sources into a standardized client database system using various applications. 

2. Responsible to review and refer cases for physician review and maintain the review data in the client

  And internal applications. 

3. Engaged in quality reviews ensure effective and efficient quality assessment using the approved quality assurance monitoring tool and updated template completion guidelines. 

4. Responsible for Line item Charge entry, Billing, Cash Posting and Denial Management areas. 

5. Enrollment of members by reviewing enrollment forms, accurately entering all group, subscriber and   member information into system database and ensuring that all change requests are appropriate and Support the project lead.

6. Communicate in a manner which is understood by clients/end-users. Connect & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer. 

7. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies such as rejections & edits within 72 hours so that we do not lose the TFL limit. Also misapplied cash transactions such as credit balances, overpayments & recoupments. 

8 .Regularly maintained and shared quality audit reports, error trends, and action plans for continuous   improvement.
