I am a Project Management professional with over 19 years of experience in leading large-scale construction and industrial projects across high-rise buildings, housing developments, industrial facilities, and oil & gas infrastructure. With a strong background in contracts, planning, cost control, and project controls, I specialize in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, HSE, and quality standards.

Currently serving as Corporate Projects Control Manager/ Project Manager at CSSI (Camp Support Services Integrated Spa, Algeria), I manage multidisciplinary projects in partnership with leading international contractors such as Tecnimont, Sonatrach, Schlumberger, and JGC. My expertise includes:

Contract & Commercial Management: Performance bonds, bank guarantees, insurance, and claims preparation.

Planning & Controls: WBS development, Primavera P6 scheduling, progress measurement systems (PMS), and earned value analysis (SPI, CPI, variance).

Financial & Cost Management: Proforma invoices, PPCs, unit rate analysis, and additional works management.

Leadership & Coordination: Engaging with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.

BE in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management.
