About Muneesh Kr. Sharma:

Service & After-Sales professional with over 11 years of hands-on experience managing service operations, customer support, AMC and spares sales, and field service teams for a wide range of industrial machines and equipment.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across CNC machines, Material Handling Equipment, Marking & Coding printers, and Lithium-Ion Battery Testing and Manufacturing machines. This exposure has helped me build a strong understanding of how industrial equipment performs in real environments—and what customers truly expect from a service partner.

In my current role as Service Head at Semco Infratech, I lead the complete after-sales function across India. My work involves managing field service, installations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, warranty handling, AMC renewals, spare parts business, and customer escalations. I also manage a technical helpdesk and remote support team to ensure faster response and better troubleshooting.

I enjoy working closely with teams, solving customer problems, and implementing processes that make service operations more efficient. Over the years, I’ve introduced Zoho, Odoo ERP, MIS Reporting and Power BI dashboards to improve SLA tracking, reduce downtime, streamline reporting, and strengthen decision-making.

Before this, I spent several years with Markem Imaje India, where I handled field service engineers, improved service quality, and supported service sales growth across my region. Earlier, in my roles at Godrej & Boyce and N.S. Consultants, I gained strong experience in AMC management, spares business, customer engagement, quotations, technical sales, and team coordination.

What motivates me most is delivering a smooth service experience—quick response, clear communication, reliable solutions, and long-term customer trust. I take pride in building teams, simplifying processes, and ensuring that every customer feels supported.
