Designing SOP and deploying of strategies for the Area in consultation with the Senior Management/Stakeholders.

Manage P&L of the Area, delivery AOP as budgeted, manage budget, resource allocation and schedules.

Evaluation of budgeted manpower vs Active headcount vs Gaps for smooth OPS & other requirements as BCP (especially during sales period like BBD etc).

Evaluate if the lost shipment cases qualify as insurance claim and that such claim are processed in coordination with Central Business Finance team.

Monitor performance of the Area on a regular basis and take decisions in the interest of the Area’s performance in consultation with senior management.

Drive and encourage performance-oriented culture in the Area towards achievement of strategic goals.

Set, monitor, and give inputs regarding benchmarks, performance criteria and process improvements.

Responsible for tracking the DEPS (Damage/Excess/Pilferage/Shortage) & implementation of existing/new SOP to rectify the loss to the organization.

Monitoring security parameters across region and ensures no unlawful activity occurs.
