OBJECTIVE

Accomplishments: 

•  Efficiently spearheaded a manpower of 15 operators per shift.
•   Acquired strong expertise in setting up injection moulding process parameters, troubleshooting and mold changeover.  
•  Independently managed production of injection moulding machines.  
• Proficiently operated heavy weighing machines, ranging from 100 tons to 250 tons, including JSW, , L&T, Toshiba, and Sumo. 
• Achieved targets well within the timeline by controlling processes and ensuring smooth production.
• Delivered superior quality results by efficiently analyzing any moulding defects that arose and by making process parameter adjustments within applicable limits to resolve those defects. 
•   Spearheaded implementation of SMED activities to significantly minimize the cycle time and also reduced the time taken for mould changeover.  
• Conducted training sessions to guide the operators on different activities, including mold change, SMED, OEE, TPM, 5S, defects and safety mold setup. 
• Successfully minimized machine breakdowns and corrected any abnormalities identified by regularly performing minor machine maintenance.
