  • Establishment of SRM CARE FARM at Gudalur.
  • Farm Budget Preparation (300 acres)
  • Planning and Forecasting for Farm units.
  • Development of Crop Husbandry which includes Agricultural crops (Paddy, Maize,   Sorghum, Fodder Sorghum, Lucerne, Stlyo, Desmanthus) Horticultural crops (Mango, Fig, Mulberry, Guava, Sapota, Coconut, Moringa, Vegetables like Bhendi, Brinjal, Cluster bean, Onion, Chilli, Pumpkin, Bottle Gourd).
  • Purchase and Establishment of Animal Husbandry Units (Cow, Goat, Poultry, Quail, Duck, Rabbit).
  • Establishment of Apiary Units (Honey Production)
  • Establishment of Fishery Units (Creation of Farm Pond, rearing of Fish).
  • Supervisor and Labour Management: More than 200 nos.
