Worked as a Soft Skill Trainer cum Career Counselor facilitating more than 1000 beneficiaries during span of 700+ man hours.

● Soft-Skill Importance: Appraising beneficiaries about the difference between ‘technical skills’ and ‘soft skills’, and how ‘soft skills – communication, body language, decision making’ are necessary to facilitate the ‘tech skills’.

 ● Topics: Discussing different topics not limited to - time management resume making, leadership, importance of body language, interview preparation, 7 C’s of communication, life skills, emotional quotient, decision making etc. as per curriculum.

 ● Interview Preparation: Special focus on ‘Interview Preparation’ through elaborate session about data of recent survey of regarding psychological factor of interview, techniques, body language and practicing through ‘mock interviews’. 

● Facilitating the ‘Student-to-Professional’ journey. Helping fresh graduates to understand of the job market, setting short and long term goal, interview preparation, resume making and helping with spoken English to get their first job.

 ● Coordinating with placement team to find right fit beneficiaries for particular job openings and job description and short listing the same. 

● Have trained around 1000 beneficiaries and during 700+ man hours of training.
