I am self-motivated and resourceful in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities as well as being able to create and ideal training and lesson plans based on the objectives of the organization. I have good knowledge about my domain such as US phonetics, soft skills, customer service skills, and training management. 

I am responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our employees. I collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and deliver effective training sessions. Additionally, I assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
