1.  Handling incidents wise tickets Critical/High/Medium/Low from service now tools. 
2. Installing and configuring Oracle 12c, 19c databases.

11. Creating disk groups, adding disks and removing disks from disk group in ASM. 
12. Upgradation databases from versions 12.2.0.1 to 19.0.0.0. 
13. Killed the unwanted session at database level. 
14. To pull out AWR, ADDM and ASH report. 
15. Having good knowledge on Installation and configuration of RAC
