Create and maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and any other information required. Follow up for the Vendor pending payments & Invoices. Working on Quick Books to generate Client invoices and entering Vendor bills. Validating the vendor bills with corresponding time sheets and PO’s. Follow up for the pending consultant’s timesheets through mails and calls. Responsible for customer related transactions like invoicing, AP and AR. New Customer, Vendors, Employee Creations in Quick books. Working with CEO reporting the payment escalations on regularly basis.
