I (Mr.NagangoudaPatil,) after doing B.E (Civil Engineering) and M.Tech (Structure), also acquired computer proficiency. 

I am Having more than 17 years of varied and rich experience.

Perform the duties as a CEO of the PSU company & Authorized Signatory of the NH projects Responsible for Day today correspondence with NHAI and IE & daily monitoring of the project progress as per schedules and targets. 

Attending all project related meetings & Site visits of RO, NHAI, PD, PIU , Haveri &districts MPs, MLAs  ,DCs& SP including road safety meetings .

Final Checking of design and drawings as per site condition, Construction, monitoring &supervising the works of National Highways including design aspects of highways, laying of WBM, DBM and BC with electronic sensor paver, Concrete works.

Ensuring full quality control during various phases of highway execution works and completion of works as per drawing and specifications. 

 Supervision of Construction of Toll Plaza (5+5 lane), includes RCC Tunnel of 75 m length. Conducting Traffic census and preparing the report for the same. 

I was also responsible for Assist the Team Leader in construction supervision and contract administration of the highway related Activities Liaison with Client and Contractor. 

Accessing the adequacy and capability of Contractor’s Construction equipment /Plants/Machineries.

Responsible for assisting the Resident Engineer for formulation of quality Assure System and its implementation testing of soil, sand, aggregates, bitumen, cement, steel, analysis, and interpretation of results for assessing their suitability for the project, formulation of job mixes designs of bituminous and cement concrete. 

Responsible for checking the setting out of works, measurements of works, preparation of monthly progress reports, accident data, preparation of IPC’s and its related documents

I am well versed with NHAI HAM model concessionaire agreement &FIDIC Conditions of contract and has good knowledge of the IRC specifications, Standards and Design Codes of Practice of Roads and Bridge and MORST&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.
